Delivery time

The delivery time is 3-4 working days within Europe and 7 days for countries outside the EU. In cases where the client chooses prescription lenses, they may require an additional 2-3 days to facilitate graduation.

Status of my order

• In the event that you have registered when placing the order, you can follow up through the "Orders" section of your Account.

• If the package has already been delivered to the transport company, you will receive an e-mail with a link. It specifies the steps to follow to know what state your order is in.

• In case you can not solve the problem, contact the Bizr Klan team at: bizr@bizrklan.com

 

Delivery Process

• When the transport company has collected the order from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and inform you of the delivery date of the order.

• Delivery is only made to individuals. In no case the package will be deposited in a mailbox or in any other place.

• The transportation company makes three delivery attempts at your home. In case of not being able to deliver the package will leave a notification communicating a collection point that will be valid for the next 10 days (counting from the first delivery attempt).

 

If the delivery date has passed and I have not received my order

First contact the transport company following the steps explained in the section "How to see the status of my order?".

• In case you can not solve the problem with the transport company, contact the Bizr Klan team at bizr@bizrklan.com specifying the order number and your full name.

 

Returns

Steps for returns

All Bizr Klan returns are totally free, we take care of the product and management collection.

1. Inform bizr@bizrklan.com, of the collection address and wait for our confirmation.

2. Delivery of the article, in the place and date agreed. The package must contain:

  • Article to return
  • Packaging and accessories of Bizr Klan products.
  • Delivery note (if you have lost it you can request a copy at bizr@bizrklan.com)

3. Once the article is received, it is verified that it is in the same state as when it was sent and that it contains all the elements specified in the previous section.

4. After verification, we will cash the refund of the product.

 

Deadlines for return

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product.

 

Receipt of refund in your account

You will receive the amount through the same form of payment used in your purchase in an estimated time of 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
